Account information: name, mobile number, email address and password when you register.

KYC information: PAN, Aadhaar, photograph, date of birth and address to comply with SEBI, RBI and Indian anti-money-laundering regulations.

Bank & financial information: bank account number, IFSC and UPI ID for deposits, withdrawals and settlements.

Trading data: capital balances, trade history, profit/loss records and platform activity.

Device & usage data: device model, OS version, IP address, app version, crash logs and interaction events.

To operate the AI trading engine and execute trades on your behalf; to verify identity and complete KYC; to process deposits, withdrawals and referrals; to send transactional notifications; to detect fraud; to improve app performance; and to comply with Indian legal obligations.

We share information only with: (a) SEBI-registered broker partners used to execute trades; (b) payment gateways and banks for fund transfers; (c) KYC verification providers; (d) cloud hosting and analytics providers under confidentiality obligations; and (e) government or regulatory authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal or financial data to any third party.

All data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL/TLS and stored in encrypted form on secure servers. Sensitive fields (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details) are additionally encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorised personnel and logged.

KYC and transactional records are retained for a minimum of 8 years as required under Indian tax and SEBI regulations. Other account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by writing to support@aigrowth.app, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. You may also withdraw consent, though this may limit your ability to use the Service.

The website uses essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics to measure usage and improve the experience. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email at least 7 days before they take effect.
