Delete Your Account
You have the right to request permanent deletion of your AI Growth account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email from your registered email address to the address below with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Please include your registered name, mobile number and email so we can locate your account.
What information to include
- Full name registered with your AI Growth account
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What gets deleted
Once your identity is verified, we will permanently delete your profile information, trading preferences, saved settings, device data and referral history from our active systems.
What we must retain
Under Indian tax laws, SEBI regulations and anti-money-laundering rules, we are required to retain KYC records, transaction history and financial statements for a minimum of 8 years. These records are stored securely in restricted archives and are not used for any other purpose.
Processing time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before submitting your request — deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
Important
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will lose access to your trading history, referral earnings and any remaining balance that has not been withdrawn.
